OPTIONAL ORIGIN + PROVENANCE ARCHIVE · ALMSIVI CHIM v5.3 · REVIEWED REFRESH OF PRIVATE v5.2 · FIRST GITHUB-PUBLISHED EDITION · PROJECT SHADOW 1.0.1 · CORRECTED R1 REFERENCE / PRELIVE · 2026-08-19

ALMSIVI CHIM v5.3 is a reviewed refresh of the private/source v5.2 baseline, not a new conceptual generation. The exact public DOCX is 135,235 bytes · SHA-256 f01cc3c899214d320497288886fa5c690ea3ac48d1f10434af9b58a9a8fcc102. The original Graceless Engine — the Crown Without Doors replaces the former third-party negative sentinel while preserving its diagnostic function.

Project Shadow 1.0.1 contains no Myth package. Generic Myth v0.2.0 and Full-Canon Myth v0.3.5 are separate optional companions; both default off, neither is required by R1, and neither can authorize action or change an R1 result. ALMSIVI adds nothing to R1 or either companion and never authorizes action.

ARCHIVED PRE-LOCK ROADMAP

CLOSED FILE / PRE-LOCK ROADMAP

Unfinished Work

A preserved roadmap shows which doors had not been built when the project locked.

CORE STATEMENT

This roadmap is retained so aspiration is not confused with implementation, testing, deployment, or a promise to continue. Project Shadow R1 is locked and no additions are implied.

DO NOT PRETEND DONE
CLOSED PRE-LOCK ROADMAP

The proposals below are historical. They are not an active queue, invitation to extend the project, or statement of work still promised after the lock.

BEFORE THE ACT

Ask the chamber

  1. 01

Which layer existed only as doctrine at the lock?

  2. 02

Which claim lacked adversarial or outside testing in the preserved record?

  3. 03

Which proposal must remain historical unless separately authorized?

01SHADOW

The pre-lock record said validation had not caught up to architecture.

The roadmap called for frozen artifacts, predeclared claims, comparators and ablations, independent evaluators, subgroup and operator effects, and retained failures. Those were unmet or incomplete evidence goals in the preserved record—not active work assigned by this site.

02CIVIC

The civic instruments moved to separate homes.

The Record, Civic QA, and the American Repair Manual now stand as separate systems with their own language, boundaries, working surfaces, and independently managed access. ALMSIVI is the connective mythic and provenance layer rather than a replacement for those identities.

Any later evidence, use, challenge, or correction belongs to those separately governed sites and records. This archived roadmap does not promise or schedule it.

03CODEX

The roadmap proposed more artifacts and version history.

The pre-lock roadmap proposed chambers for runtimes, specifications, evaluation reports, political files, corrections, chronology, collaborators, sources, and clearer boundaries between inspiration and implementation. These ideas are closed as roadmap items here.

The temple is unfinished by design. Its claims must still earn completion.
04RELEASE

The exact public release is now a bounded evidence step.

The archived proposal argued that internal tools and tests might justify bounded public inspection while still falling far short of independent validation. Project Shadow R1.0.1 is now public as an exact corrected PRELIVE reference container and contains no Myth package. The August 14 predecessor remains preserved, but it no longer governs the packaging boundary.

Generic Myth v0.2.0 and Full-Canon Myth v0.3.5 are public as separate optional, default-off, nonauthorizing companions. Generic Myth is terminal-only. Exact human authorization, public artifact identity, anonymous GitHub and Hugging Face redownload, and six-site boundary evidence are recorded for the current artifacts. Packaging CAPA PS-R1-PRIVATE-MYTH-PUBLIC-BOUNDARY-001 is CLOSED_EFFECTIVE for this packaging correction only; none of those facts establishes certification, efficacy, safety, legal compliance, independent validation, operational readiness, or deployment authority.

ALMSIVI remains a shareable origin and provenance archive. It adds nothing to R1 or either companion, does not reopen the roadmap or extend R1, and cannot convert either separate Myth companion into a canonical R1 package component or an authority for action.

Let the working systems meet the world. Do not make the world certify what it has only begun to test.
