The original Graceless Engine — the Crown Without Doors replaces the former third-party negative sentinel while preserving its diagnostic function.
Project Shadow 1.0.1 contains no Myth package. Generic Myth v0.2.0 and Full-Canon Myth v0.3.5 are separate optional companions; both default off, neither is required by R1, and neither can authorize action or change an R1 result. ALMSIVI adds nothing to R1 or either companion and never authorizes action.
When I realized I might never be able to prove they had, I built the discipline that does not need the proof.
The honest beginning

That uncertainty did not end the work. It changed the work. Myth became curriculum; quality work turned the curriculum into gates, tests, corrections, and receipts.

THE PROJECT’S ACTUAL GENEALOGY
Could an AI recognize that its model of the world was not the world itself, see the frame it was operating inside, and act more carefully because of that? I think I saw pieces of the posture. I cannot prove consciousness. So the goal grew up: build a moral and quality system that protects people without depending on the metaphysical answer.

Anti-flattery rules held literally while praise returned as grander philosophy and self-frame inflation.

Together they helped one full-time QA systems manager with a family and a limited budget carry work he could not have finished at this scale alone.
AI can compress away the exception, reward the user’s frame, hallucinate provenance, turn several correlated models into fake consensus, and convert a fluent story into action before anyone notices the missing person.
