ALMSIVI adds nothing to R1 or either companion and never authorizes action.

A strong entry includes the core claim, evidence ledger, affected people, counterclaim, unresolved questions, correction history, and the smallest justified demand. AI-assisted analysis is labeled rather than impersonating independent proof.
The standalone Record currently presents a dated newsroom snapshot with an evidence cutoff through August 3, 2026. Its own notices, correction ledger, and access state govern. This chamber preserves its purpose and relationship to ALMSIVI; it does not update the news or turn the mythic archive into a publication.
