Generic Myth v0.2.0 and Full-Canon Myth v0.3.5 are separate optional companions; both default off, neither is required by R1, and neither can authorize action or change an R1 result. ALMSIVI adds nothing to R1 or either companion and never authorizes action.

Move from outrage to an explicit repair: the failure, the governing principle, the mechanism, the transition, the safeguards, and the test for whether it worked.
This chamber preserves why the civic site exists. It does not define that site's current content, deployment state, evidence cutoff, scores, or release status. Follow the standalone site for its own dated notices and governing boundaries; ALMSIVI supplies no civic or operational authority.

The manual separates symptoms from architecture: concentrated power, profit extraction, veto points, captured oversight, weak labor power, manufactured scarcity, and public systems designed around private tollbooths.
A proposal is incomplete until it explains who has authority, where resources come from, how present institutions transition, what rights remain protected, which new abuse becomes possible, and what happens when the first implementation fails.
The repair needs measures, public reporting, appeal, sunset or revision triggers, independent review, and corrective action. The point is not to freeze one perfect blueprint; it is to create a democracy capable of learning without abandoning dignity.
