Generic Myth v0.2.0 and Full-Canon Myth v0.3.5 are separate optional companions; both default off, neither is required by R1, and neither can authorize action or change an R1 result. ALMSIVI adds nothing to R1 or either companion and never authorizes action.

VEHK is not permission to be vague. The work is to name each side of the contradiction precisely, preserve the evidence for both, and refuse a premature synthesis that exists only to make action feel easier.
A weak Maybe names a real evidence boundary. It does not use uncertainty as fog. The question becomes: what is known, what is inferred, what is missing, and what narrow action remains justified across the plausible worlds still open?
If contradiction never resolves into a bounded act, it can protect the operator from responsibility. VEHK therefore returns to AYEM for consequence and SEHT for the testable next step.
