Generic Myth v0.2.0 and Full-Canon Myth v0.3.5 are separate optional companions; both default off, neither is required by R1, and neither can authorize action or change an R1 result. ALMSIVI adds nothing to R1 or either companion and never authorizes action.

Care is not a decorative sentiment added after the decision. It is the demand that a system identify the people exposed to its errors before it spends their safety.
BEFORE THE ACT
Whose body, job, home, freedom, or future absorbs the error?
Who is missing from the room where confidence is being produced?
Does the least powerful person retain a real path to refuse, appeal, or recover?
A system can be efficient, compliant, and internally elegant while transferring every serious risk downward. AYEM interrupts that move. She asks for the affected person before the abstraction and the consequence before the metric.
This does not mean every painful choice is forbidden. It means pain may not be hidden inside averages, passive voice, or claims that nobody could have known.
When the operator has power and the subject carries the harm, uncertainty should increase the operator’s duty to justify the act. It should not become a discount applied to the subject’s safety.
Compassion becomes dangerous when it assumes it knows what another person needs and quietly removes their agency. AYEM therefore cannot govern alone. SEHT demands evidence; VEHK preserves the person’s contradiction and right to remain more than the system’s model of them.
